Treatment/Recycling Process

Process Content
① Receiving Waste plastic which has been delivered to the plant is weighed and charged to the volumetric feeder. (Receiving process has a temporary storage area.)
② Sorting Waste plastic material is sorted to the film line or solid/bolt line by the plastic type sorting machine. Foreign matter is then removed by hand sorting, magnetic sorting and wind sorting.
③ Crushing and pulverizing Material is crushed and pulverized to the specified size.
④ Separation of vinyl chloride Vinyl chloride is removed by a centrifugal type gravity sorting machine.
⑤ Washing, dewatering and drying Material is washed and dewatered, followed by drying.
⑥ Granulation Material is granulated to a cylindrical shape of the specified size by a ring die type granulating machine.
⑦ Pelletizing After melting by the extruder, foreign matter is removed by a filter, and pellet molding is performed.
⑧ Board production Pellets, which are the raw material of the core layer, and the raw material of the skin layers are each melted, and boards are molded by extrusion in 3 layers of 2 different materials. After cooling for a certain time, the boards are cut to the specified dimensions and bundled in lots.
⑨ Shipping Granulated recycled plastic products are shipped by a dedicated screw truck. Pellets are packed in flexible containers for shipping, and NF Board® is shipped in bundled lots.
